PGC has a great Glider Simulator. It uses a Mach 0.1 professionally designed cockpit, a virtual reality headset, Condor software, and a powerful graphics computer. It is great for student lessons and cross country practice.
If you didn’t know about our simulator, it is because it was hidden behind a bunch of maintenance projects in the club house for the last year. Now it is back in action and in excellent shape.
Alain Steven will be holding a checkout session on Monday evening of the encampment (3/19) at 5:30 PM. Come on out and learn how to use the system, (and learn how to treat it right). Bring your dinner, and get out of the sun for an hour. Then head back out to the flight line to finish off a great day of flying.
