It’s April so we are flying, wait, what? Yea, April rains have made the field its usual spring mud pit. But fear not, the sun will come out the grass will grow, sucking up that water. And we will be flying! Stay tuned to our social media outlets: email, text and Discord.

What is Discord? According to their website: Discord is the easiest way to talk over voice, video, and text. Talk, chat, hang out, and stay close with your friends and communities. In this case the community is PGC. Our social media chair is setting up sub channels for Instruction, general information, cross-country etcetera. It is by invitation only, emails have gone out with invites, if you missed it contact our social media chair; Fiona, for an invite or if there is a sub group you would like to join. If you are having difficulty please let us know! (Myself or Fiona we want to know problems you are having and will work to resolve those issues.)
Closing for the easement has been delayed. It will now happen sometime in May.
We have invited 14 applicants to join us. We are planning a met, greet and fly event for May 7th. Come out and help us introduce our sport to these new members.
There are changes being make to the members web page. Much of it will be behind the scenes. The flight logging software was written in a way that is incompatible with improvements with the underling host software. The web team took on a focused effort to patch it for greater speed and security. You may notice changes to formatting. If you find something that is simply not working, let me know.

New meeting time for Board of Directors. For the next three months the BoD meeting will be on the Second THURSDAY of the Month. Watch for announcements for Zoom link or in-person meetings.
