You should have been here last week…Well now it’s this week and it starts off ugly with Monday’s surface dewpoints around 75F and temperatures around 85F so we are likely to have to deal with a 2,000 ft ceiling and enervating conditions on the ground.
Tuesday should be a lot better with 5,000 ft msl cloudbases and light WNW wind to keep things comfortable.
Wednesday looks rather similar but the wind should shift to SW, still light.
Thursday is a long way out but thunder is possible then Friday looks quite promising.
All in all it looks like we should get a lot of motorless flight in the coming week.
I’ll try to put out daily forecasts and outlooks every day by 0800 h.
